Week 6: Ideation without execution is a delusion

Over the past week, we have been working on new ideas for our character and the difficulty she brings with her. it is so exciting !!! We have finally reached the stage of ideas.

The first thing we did was build a timeline of her dayת which helped us connect to our persona and understand her even more. In the timeline, we took care to present every detail in her daily life and show the cases and situations in which she encounters her difficulty whether it is when she gets a low score on the test compared to her friends or in a sports game let her be the last team member.

Another thing we did that was really exciting and fun is to write notes with all the ideas for the difficulty of our persona. We started by writing sticky notes and pasting them on a board in the lab, then sorting them into categories: practical, surprising, and impractical (guess who most of the notes were in "impractical" ....) . We saw that most of our ideas were in the “surprising” category and that was not at all surprising given our creative group.

During the week at home, we thought of three main ideas with possible directions for dealing with our difficulty and it was very interesting to hear the insights and explanations of that group members.

We look forward to the next step, to see how we develop with our ideas and what this may bring in the future.

We will end with a quote describing this section:

"The day before something is a breakthrough, it's a crazy idea"
