Week 5: The Empthy Map

Last week we had the first presentation of our persona and need. The presentation was presented by Ido and Yarden that did a wonderful job and presented the problem and the domain we focused on in the best way possible.

However, We realized that we needed to be more precise about the problem we presented.

This week we continued to explore and delved a little bit deeper, also based on the comments we received last week. We conducted additional conversations and interviews with other teenagers and experts who could pinpoint our domain and established the need we want to be focused on this year.

At the same time, we created the empathy map that helped us to deepen our understanding of the domain and problem and to refine out "How Might we" question. As a result, we decided that the new question will be- "How might we help Dana share the negative feelings and emotions she is experiencing?".

We feel that even though it took us a while to get on board, 2 weeks later, a lot of research and hard work helped us to establish the persona and the problem we want to solve, now we just need to find out the way to solve it 😊
