Over the past week we have been preparing for the final semester event. We started summarizing everything we went through the semester, in the research pan, in interviews with the experts, with the end users (interviews with the teens) and made a few changes to our screens based on previous comments we received.
We worked on the presentation and the necessary changes while being precise and meticulous about the problem and the need that led us to our solution and our guiding question - "How might we help teens vent negative emotions and experiences?".
We also chose a name for the app, "My Moodboard", a light-hearted name that reflects the essence of the app and what can be done with it.
The day of the presentations came, with the changes and the new name, we set off, and Michelle & Yarden presented well to all the groups and mentors the process we went through and our idea.
We were happy to hear the various feedback we received from the mentors and now we are going on a semester break with many points to think about various elements that we need to discuss about and decide on in our app. For example, what will be our MVP, what is the value of the colors in the app, how will we measure success and more.
We went through a significant semester, full of thought, creativity, mind tours, ups and downs but now we are going on a semester break with an idea that we are proud of.
Excited and looking forward to seeing what awaits us next semester.
